REGULATORY ANALYST –– LEGAL EXEMPT
The position and function of the Regulatory Analyst exists in the Legal Department of our organization. The Regulatory Analyst analyzes several aspects of operations within multiple departments of the organization. These include the following:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain, organize, assemble and submit regulatory compliance with regard to annual report filing, quarterly report filings, as well as municipality and business licensing. This involves working with our Registered Agent, and/or the applicable state/municipal departmental agency;
- Collaborate with the Accounting/IT Departments to obtain financial records, reports and all essential data for filings;
- Organize, maintain and track changes to Contracts;
- Manage and administer office vendor contracts;
- Keep all CSP, SLWA and AWHR terms and conditions up-to-date as the products and services offered change from time to time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong Reading Comprehension;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products, especially Word and Excel;
- Take Ownership – 'Can Do' Attitude;
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
